Your images will be delivered through a secure online gallery via Pic-Time — a beautifully designed space where you can view, download, and share your photos. You’ll receive both high-resolution files (perfect for printing) and web-size versions (great for sharing online). You’ll also receive print credit to help you turn your favourites into something tangible.

If the forecast is looking a little wild, we’ll keep in touch and make a call the day before or morning of the session. Whether we reschedule or pivot to an indoor or sheltered location, we’ll make sure the session still feels like you.

Life happens — and I get it. If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible. Your session fee can be transferred to a new date, depending on availability. I always try to be flexible while still honouring the time and preparation that goes into each booking.

Your memories are precious — and I treat them that way. During our session, every photo is written onto two memory cards at once, so if one ever fails, there’s a backup. As soon as I get home, your images are saved to multiple storage systems, including an external hard drive. I don’t take chances when it comes to your memories — they deserve to be protected from the very beginning.
